A recreational project
PromptGym is a personal, non-commercial project by Arjun Uvacha, built for learning and for fun. It comes with no warranty: scores, rankings and the site itself may change, reset or disappear at any time.
What is shown publicly
If you sign in with Google, your Google display name and profile picture are shown on the public leaderboard, and next to any result you choose to share.
Results are private unless you share them. A shared result shows your name, photo, score and the date it was run. Its prompt is readable only by players who have passed that challenge themselves. You can unshare at any time.
What is stored
- An account id, and — once you sign in — your Google display name and profile picture URL.
- The prompts you run, their scores, and when you ran them.
- Any feedback you send, with your Google name and email address and the page you sent it from, so Arjun can reply. It is emailed to him through Resend.
Prompts are sent to be run and graded — to Groq for guests, and to OpenAI for signed-in players — and to Cloudflare to measure similarity. Don't put anything personal or confidential in a prompt.
Fair use
To keep the site running for everyone, guests can submit 5 prompts an hour, and signed-in players 3 a minute, 15 an hour and 100 a day. The site may pause runs for everyone if it reaches its daily limit.
